Welcome to 77ab. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77ab ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 77ab platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 77ab account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the 77ab platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 77ab with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

77ab reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the website. The revised Terms become effective from the date of publication unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of 77ab after the effective date of any revision constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 77ab platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77ab strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement applies without exception regardless of the type of gaming activity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other individual, organisation, or entity when registering or using your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 77ab or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from the 77ab platform.

77ab conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation when requested. Providing false information, including falsifying your age, is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held within the account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77ab platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 77ab reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering your 77ab account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or suspension of your account pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ab login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77ab will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 77ab support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

77ab operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved or at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Verification documents must be clear, legible, and authentic. Submitting fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ab accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by 77ab; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. You will be notified of applicable limits within your account dashboard. 77ab reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team, which operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) around the clock. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. 77ab will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that are not registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits made to 77ab must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 77ab reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be attributed to the registered account holder and to suspend the associated account pending investigation. Funds deposited into 77ab may only be used for the purposes of placing wagers on the platform; they may not be transferred to other users.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 77ab are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be detailed on the corresponding promotion page. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute differently — or not at all — toward fulfilling wagering requirements. 77ab publishes a full game contribution table within each active promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77ab maintains automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to exploit bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or colluding with other players in connection with a bonus offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77ab reserves the right to void any associated winnings, forfeit the bonus balance, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified on the relevant promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to review the expiry conditions of any bonus before accepting it.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77ab platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within each respective game or market section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all 77ab products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77ab does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where a clearly documented technical error has occurred on our side.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, 77ab reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may be adjusted at 77ab's discretion.
• 77ab reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, advantage play, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless otherwise voided under these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ab platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not supported by 77ab's official interfaces.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the 77ab platform or any associated systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or peer-versus-peer game format.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the 77ab platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors to generate unauthorised credits or winnings.
• Opening or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ab platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77ab or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77ab platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 77ab platform without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of the 77ab platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. 10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits 77ab's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

77ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• The account holder has engaged in conduct that is harmful to the interests of other users or to the integrity of the 77ab platform.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breaches of these Terms may be forfeited at 77ab's discretion.
